PEAR WITH COCONUT YOGURT AND PISTACHIOS
leave the skin on the Conference pears and cut them into very thin slices.
add half of the coconut yogurt to a plate and decorate with the slices of pear.
top with maple syrup or honey and chopped up pistachios.
