easter festive tips ∙ the drinks
as my last easter festive tip of this week; I wanted to add another yellow sparkle to the table. to present and inspire you with homemade iced tea with eatable yellow flowers.
time 15 minutes
ingredients for 1 liter
4 bags of green tea lemon
eatable yellow flowers
boil the 1L water with the 4 bags of green tea lemon for 10 minutes. leave it to cool down.
take your serving glasses, fill the bottom with elderflower syrup. throw in 3 ice cubes, fill half the glass with the tea water and the rest with sparkling water. mix with a spoon. finish with a slice of lemon, fresh mint and an eatable yellow flower.
if you want to put a carafe on the table: fill up the bottom with enough elderflower syrup (how much you like) and half of the carafe with the tea water, the rest with sparkling water. add enough ice cubes, lemon slices and mint.
